Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 12/08/2015 (1) Heard on I.A.No.01/2015, application for condonation of delay in filing the criminal revision.
(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant I.A.No.01/2015, application for condonation of delay in filing the criminal revision is allowed and delay is condoned. (3) Admittedly, non-applicants are the father and mother of the present applicant and the applicant is working as P-Loader in Northern
Coal Fields Limited, Amrauli, District Sidhi. (4) By the impugned order dated 24.12.2014 passed by the Family Court Janjgir-Champa in Case No.102/2012, has enhanced monthly allowance for maintenance from Rs.750/- to Rs.2800/- to non-applicant No.1/Father Bisahu and from Rs.750/- to Rs.2800/- to non-applicant No.2/Mother Sumitra Bai which, in considered opinion of this Court looking to the cost of living & price-index; and their medical needs and miscellaneous expenses and looking to the age of non-applicants cannot be said to be shockingly high warranting interference by this Court in its revisional jurisdiction.
(5) The revision deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed at admission stage.
