(2) The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Collector, Bilaspur, whereby, his application under Section 165(6) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, , for permission to sell the land has been rejected. (3) Learned State Counsel would raise an objection to the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the impugned
order is appealable under Section 44 of the Land Revenue Code, 1959. (4) In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed, as not maintainable. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to prefer an appeal in accordance with law.
