Petitioner's grievance is that on alleged misconduct against respondents No.6 & 7, the Sub-Divisional Office (Police) had conducted an enquiry, in which, prima facie finding was recorded by him regarding misconduct, which has already been submitted before the Superintendent of Police but till date, no action has been taken. 2.
Prima facie, it appears that a preliminary enquiry has been conducted by Sub-
Divisional Office (Police) Balodabazar. The report has been submitted before Superintendent of Police. The Superintendent of Police, therefore, is required to examine the report and then take appropriate decision in the matter whether to initiate departmental enquiry against the erring officials to reject the report of SDO. 3.
It is expected that Superintendent of Police shall take appropriate decision in the matter in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
