1. The grievance of the petitioner, as ventilated through this writ petition, is that though the petitioner is working as Assistant Teacher and presently as Incharge Head Master in the school, the salary from July 2015 is not being paid to her and till date, no orders have been passed on the claim of the petitioner despite several representations.

2. Without commenting upon merits of the case, at this stage, I am inclined to direct the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchyaat, Kartala to examine

-2grievance of the petitioner and either the salary may be paid to her or if there is any reason for non-payment, the same should be communicated to the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The reason for rejection, if any, of the claim shall be by speaking order so that the petitioner may challenge the same before the appropriate authority.

3. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
