Learned State counsel bring to the notice of this Court the contents of affidavit filed on 12-02-2016, in which, the document evidencing demarcation under demarcation report dated 11-01-2016 is also annexed. 3.

Taking into consideration the nature of direction, which was issued by this Court earlier and now demarcation has been done, though belatedly, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Rule is discharged. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is finally disposed off reserving liberty to challenge demarcation report, if the petitioner is not satisfied with the same. Sd/- Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Judge
