This petition was filed by the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner has been transferred by the State Government under designation of Forester, whereas the petitioner is a Deputy Ranger.

Learned State counsel has placed on record along with reply, a modified order dated 01-10-2016 (Annexure R/1) was passed by the State Government, by which, appropriate correction has been carried out in the transfer order and now the petitioner is declared as Deputy Ranger. 4.

In view of above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. However, in view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that there is some personal difficulty, it is observed that it shall always be open for the petitioner to represent the Government.
