This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.845/2019, registered at Police Station Sarkanda, District Bilaspur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 149, 506B, 302 of the IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The first application was dismissed on merits referring to the eye-witness account rendered by the prosecution.
