1. A brief report received from the Additional Sessions Judge (FTC) Durg, District Durg. It transpires from the said report that the order of this Court dated 24/10/2018 was not placed before him by the Reader and therefore Reader has been warned. Two months time is sought by the Court to dispose of the case.

2. The District & Sessions Judge, Durg is directed to see this matter, examine it and submit the report before the Additional Registrar (Judicial) which may deal in administrative side.

3. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail application.
