(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 546/2015 registered at Police Station Kotwali, Korba , Civil & Revenue District Korba for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) Applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 17.03.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1555 of 2016.

(3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties,

having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge D/-
