This petition has been filed by the petitioner on apprehension that because of ongoing dispute with regard to legality and validity of transfers made under rationalization, the petitioner's transfer may be either modified or canceled. It is submitted that the petitioner is a cancer patient and if he is subjected to frequent transfer, he may suffer serious prejudice.

In view of above, at present, this petition is finally disposed off with observation that in case, if eventuality so arises in future, affecting petitioner's posting, it will be open for him to approach the Court of law.
