This petition was filed in the month of October, 2017. Thereafter, it was dismissed for want of prosecution and was again restored. Now, at this stage, when almost the entire session has passed and the petitioner has joined at the new place, all that can be done is to direct the respondents to decide petitioner's representation pending with the respondents against that order and take a decision on the same as early as possible, preferably before completion of transfer season, in accordance with the transfer policy in force on the date, transfer order was passed.
