This writ petition has been brought under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that a direction be issued to respondents No.1 to 3 to register FIR on the complaint filed by the petitioner. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. before the learned Court of Magistrate having jurisdiction in which the order has not been passed, therefore, this matter be disposed off with an appropriate direction. 3.

Learned counsel for the State/respondents No.1 to 3 has no objection.

Respondents No.4 and 5 submits that no such direction can be issued to the Court for passing an order.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 6.

After considering the submissions made by counsel for both the parties, it is observed that the petitioner shall have liberty to approach the Court of learned Magistrate and make a prayer for passing orders on the application, at the earliest.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
