Learned counsel for the parties would submit that the issue involved in this writ petition is covered by the decision rendered by this Court in WPC No.3285 of 2018 {Ramakant Pandey Versus State of Chhattisgarh & ors.} on 03.12.2018 wherein at para 5 it is directed that the petitioner shall move a

representation before the concerned Collector (Land Acquisition)- respondent No.2 within a period of 4 weeks from today. Thereafter, the said Collector shall decide the representation within 10 weeks from the date of the State Government's fresh notification in terms of the directions issued by the Division Bench. Therefore, the present petition may also be disposed of.

3. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of para 5 of the order passed in the matter of Ramakant Pandey (supra). Sd/- Sanjay K. Agrawal Judge Ashu
