The petitioner contends that the petitioner's husband is working as constable in District Bilaspur and the petitioner is working at Block Pithora, Zila Panchayat, Mahasamund. It is further submitted that as per the transfer policy clause 1.10 normally husband and wife are to be kept at the same place. Considering the same, under those circumstances request has been made to the respondent No.2 to transfer service of the petitioner to Bilaspur and that application may be directed to be considered. 2.
Perused the application filed by the petitioner Annexure P-3. 3.
Taking into such fact, since representation appears to be of 30/05/2019, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file fresh representation before respondent No.2 requesting transfer of service of the petitioner to Bilaspur with all the relevant documents including the transfer policy. Said representation may be filed within a period of three weeks. Such
representation having been filed, same shall be decided within a further period of 90 days from the date of representation. 4.
