Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that issue raised in this writ petition has been decided authoritively by this Court in WP227 No.341 of 2015 (South Eastern Coalfields Limited v. Shri Sahal Ram), in which this Court while allowing the writ petitions in part has held as under:- "20. As an upshot, all the writ petitions are allowed in part. The Management of SECL is directed to make payment of Rs.2.50 lakhs to each of the workmen within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, failing which the amount of compensation will carry interest @ 12% per annum from the date of this order till actual payment of the amount is made to the respondent workmen."

Accepting the submission of learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of paragraph 20 of the order dated

19.11.2015 passed in WP227 No.341 of 2015 (South Eastern Coalfields Limited v. Shri Sahal Ram). No order as to cost(s). 3.
