The instant MCC has been filed seeking modification in the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 5904 of 2018 d/on 12/09/2018.

The modification sought is to the extent that, the name of the Anganbadi Centre in paragraph 2 has been wrongly typed as Kosmanda instead of Kukda. The said error was due to a clerical error in the course of passing of order.

The said prayer is not opposed by the State counsel. 4.

Accordingly, the instant MCC stands allowed.

The order passed in WPS No. 5904/2018 d/on 12/09/2018 stands modified to the extent that, in paragraph 2 of the said order, the name of Anganbadi Centre shall be read as Anganbadi Centre, Kukda instead of Anganbadi Centre, Kosmanda.

With the aforesaid modification, the instant MCC stands allowed and disposed off.

Let a copy of the order passed in this MCC be made part of the record of WPS No. 5904/2018.
