1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though respondents No.6 to 10 junior to the petitioner has been promoted on the post of Head Master in departmental examination which is held on 24.10.2010 but

she has not been promoted and her representation is pending consideration since 13.12.2010.

3. Be that as it may, respondent / Competent Authority is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation in support of her representation which has already made.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
