Order On Board 28/03/2018 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to make representation before the Collector, Durg for redressal of his grievances and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the Collector, Durg for redressal of his grievances. In the eventuality of filing representation before the Collector, Durg, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
