The challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order of suspension dated 01.03.2021.

Considering the Rules under which the order of suspension has been invoked, this Court finds that it is an appealable order and therefore it would not be sustainable at this juncture. 3.

Reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order of suspension, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of. In the event if the petitioner prefers an appeal within a period of 15 days from today, the Appellate Authority is expected to take a

-2decision on the appeal within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the appeal.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
