The petitioner's grievance at this stage is mere inaction. 3.
It is submitted that the petitioner had been working continuously as a dailywager in the Forest Department since 1995, but his claim for regularization has not been considered in terms of policy of regularization framed by the State on 05-03-2008.

Learned State counsel would submit that if the claim of the petitioner for regularization has not already been considered and decided, the authority shall examine the case of the petitioner and take appropriate decision within a
reasonable period.

In view of submission made above, I am not inclined to keep this matter pending. Accordingly, this petition is finally disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3 to examine the petitioner's claim for regularization and take appropriate decision within a period of three months.
