For Non-Applicant : Shri Chandresh Shrivastava, Deputy AG. Proceeding Through Video Conferencing Hon'ble Shri Prashant Kumar Mishra, Ag CJ Order On Board 07/07/2021 :

1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.116/2020 registered in Police Station: Police Chowki Wadrafnagar, PS Basantpur, District BalrampurRamanujganj for offence under Section 147, 294, 323, 324, 506 & 307 of the IPC.

2. Present 4 applicants along with Kapil Dev and Manju Dewangan have

MCRC No. 2701 of 2021 caused injuries on the person of injured Bhagwan Das by means of knife, club, hands and fists.

3. The injured has suffered one lacerated wound over back side and one incised wound over left flank area.

4. Two accused persons namely, Kapil Dev and Manju Dewangan have already been released on anticipatory bail. Present 4 applicants are in jail since 22.2.2021 and charge sheet has already been filed.

5. Considering the entire fact situation of the case, I am inclined to release them on bail.

6. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
