1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would fairly submit that the State Appellate Committee has already taken a decision and challenging that order a writ petition has already been filed which is pending consideration.
2. In view of that the writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to take all the pleas taken in this writ petition in pending writ petition filed by the petitioner.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
