Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 22/02/2021 1.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the defaults pointed out by the Registry shall be cured during the course of the day itself. He submits that the matter is squarely covered by Annexure P/3, which is an order passed by this Court passed in an identical set of facts. 2.

The submission made by the counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel.

The limited grievance of the petitioners is that, she is entitled for the benefit of Kramonnati on completing 10 years of service which she has completed but she has not been given the same till date. 4.

Given the limited grievance raised, let the petitioner make detailed representation in this regard to Respondents No. 3 & 4 who in turn shall scrutinize the same and pass a suitable order in accordance with the Rules governing the field of Kramonnati. It is expected that an appropriate order shall be passed within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
