By way of this petition, the petitioner is praying for a direction to the respondent-authorities to make payment for the work done by him amounting to Rs.6,68,034/-, as agreed by respondent No.2.

At the outset, it appears from the record that on an earlier occasion, the petitioner has approached this Court in Writ Petition bearing WPC No.1977/2018 seeking the relief of similar nature and while entertaining the said petition, it has been observed by this Court in its order dated 20.07.2018 at paragraph 4 that the alleged dispute is purely a contractual in nature and disputed question of fact cannot be adjudicated in extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case coupled with the aforesaid observations, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 5.

The petition is accordingly dismissed at motion hearing stage itself. No order as to costs.
