1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though respondent No.5 has drawn more salary against the salary of the petitioner but less amount has been paid from the date of appointment till 2013, for which he has already made representation to respondent No.3.

3. Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to decide the petitioner's representation within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation within three weeks from today.

4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
