1. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is that the petitioner who was earlier placed under suspension on 04.12.2018 by the respondent No.4 has subsequently been reinstated in service on revocation of suspension vide order dated 22.02.2019, but the reinstatement has been ordered at a different place and different block.
2. The petitioner thus has filed this writ petition to the extent challenging the change of place of posting.
3. Given the said facts that the petitioner's suspension order dated 04.12.2018 has been revoked vide order dated 22.02.2019, this court is of the opinion that so far as the place of posting of the
petitioner is concerned, the same can be considered only by the competent authority in the department i.e. respondent No.4. Therefore, let the petitioner make a suitable representation in respect of his grievance to the respondent No.4 in addition to any representation that he has already made and on receipt of such representation the respondent No.4 may consider and the decide the same at the earliest in accordance with rules governing the field.
