The challenge in the present writ petition is to recruitment process initiated by the respondent No.2-All India Institute of Medical Science, Raipur. The said institution has since been notified under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 and the forum for adjudicating the dispute pertaining to the recruitment process and service conditions of the employees to be appointed and working in the respondent No.2 establishment is the Central Administrative Tribunal. In view of the aforesaid legal position as it stands, the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a petition before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jabalpur. Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
