Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 31/08/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in plethora of decisions of this Court, one of which is WPS No.269/2016, the legal position has been well settled that upon re-instatement from suspension, a person is liable to be posted at the same place, wherefrom his services was suspended. In the present case, while reinstating, the petitioner has been posted at some other place. 2.

The legal position is well settled which has been referred to above. Therefore, respondent No.2 shall consider the matter of the petitioner and pass suitable orders in the light of law declared by this Court within a period of four weeks from today.
