By the impugned order dated 13.03.2018 (Annexure - P/1), the Additional Collector(Mines), Raipur has rejected petitioner's application for renewal of the quarry lease of limestone extraction. 2.
The order impugned is appealable under Rule 57 of the Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 2015.

In view of the availability of statutory alternative remedy, the writ petition is not maintainable.
