This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved by communication dated 02.02.2015 (Annexure P/1) by which, petitioner's claim for escalation in rates of payment towards execution of work under the work contract has been rejected. 2.

Though number of grounds have been raised to challenge the same, in the absence of there being any dispute that there exists an Arbitration Clause, I am not inclined to interfere with the decision of the respondents. A dispute having arisen, the

petitioner may invoke Arbitration Clause to seek decision through an Arbitrator. 3.
