1. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she was initially selected for Patwari training and while going on training, order dated 09.02.2018 (Annexure P/1) has been passed by which the eligibility of the petitioner has been cancelled in the light of circular of the State dated 23.01.2015.

2. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that, though there is a subsequent circular issued by the State Govt. on 22.01.2018 and if the case of the petitioner is considered in the light of the said circular, she would become eligible.

3. In view of the said submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to reconsider the case of the petitioner in the light of the circular dated 22.01.2018.

4. It is expected that the respondent No.2 shall take note of the provisions envisaged in the circular dated 22.01.2018 and shall reconsider the case of the petitioner and if the petitioner is found suitable and eligible, she may be permitted to continue with the training.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has now been discontinued from Patwari training, it is expected that the respondent No.2 shall take a prompt decision preferably within a period of 3 weeks from the date the petitioner makes a representation. The petitioner shall make a representation within 7 days from today.
