1. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he wants to withdraw this CRMP with liberty to file subsequent Supurdnama application before the concerned JMFC on the ground that petitioner has not received the notice in conformity with the provisions of Section 52(4) of the Indian Forest Act, 1927, which may be the new ground to file the Supurdnama application.

2. Accordingly, the CRMP is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
