1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make an application under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (hereinafter called as "the Act of 2013") before the concerned Collector for appropriate relief.
2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make an application before the concerned Collector under Section 64 of the Act of 2013 within 10 days from today and that will be considered and decided by the Collector in accordance with law expeditiously.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. Copy of Annexure P/8 be returned to the counsel for the petitioner after furnishing attested photocopy thereof. No cost(s). Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) JUDGE B/-
