1. This application has been filed by the applicant apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.194/2015, registered in Police Station-City Kotwali, Dhamtari, for alleged commission of offence under Sections 186, 332, 353, 147, 148, 149, 294, 153-A & 333 of the IPC .

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file regular bail application before the Court below. He submits that as number of other accused, similarly situated, have already been granted regular bail, the Court below may be directed to consider regular bail application of the applicant on the same date.

3. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. Though, if it is possible, the Court may consider the application for grant of regular bail on the same date, however, if is not possible then in any case, the application be decided within 2 days.
