The limited grievance of the Petitioner as raised in the present writ petition is for issuance of a direction to Respondent No.4 to consider the case of the Petitioner for absorption of her service.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that initially the Petitioner was appointed as Siksha Karmi Grade-III at Janpad Panchayat, Bilha, District - Bilaspur. Subsequently, taking into account that spouse of the Petitioner was posted at Bilaspur, NOC was issued by the Municipal Corporation,

Bilaspur and her services were posted in the school within the Bilaspur town. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner further submits that right from the year 2005 onwards, the Petitioner continues to work within the schools run by the Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur and in between, she has also been considered for promotion also and therefore, her services itself be absorbed by the Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur, for which she has already made a representation but the same has till date not been decided. 3.

The learned counsel for the Respondents submit that since there are already representations of the Petitioner pending, let the authorities take an appropriate decision on the representations so made. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that the Respondent No.4 shall consider the representations pending before him filed by the Petitioner in respect to absorption of her services. Let this exercise be done within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
