Going by the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the different parties, it is seen that all the issues raised herein stand covered through the judgment delivered by this Court on 27.08.2015 in WPS No. 5201 of 2014 and connections. There is no dispute before us that the issues raised herein stand covered by that judgment.
3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, points out that the case in hand relates to the candidate who belongs to Other Backward Classes and resultant benefit, if any, accruing out of any decision by the State Government may be preserved.
4.
We are of the view that whatever be the benefit that may be due to any category in terms of paragraph-37 of aforenoted judgment and any decision of the State Government that may be taken in that regard, would be available to a candidate concerned. With such clarification, this writ petition is ordered in terms of the judgment, decision and directions as are contained in the judgment dated 27.08.2015 in WPS No. 5201 of 2014 and connections.
