This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 213/2014, registered at Police Station Patthalgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this second bail application by directing trial Court to expedite the trial and decide the case as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, as seven witnesses have already been examined. 3.
