By this petition the petitioner has alleged willful disobedience of order dated 14.03.2014 passed in WP(s) No. 1395/2014. It is alleged that the respondent authority is not complying with the direction on a false pretext of pendency of a writ appeal, whereas the writ appeal has been decided by a common order passed on 6.8.2012 in batch of appeals including the appeal referred in the order dated 2.09.2014(Annexure C-3). 2.
It appears that the Engineer in Chief has passed the order in purported compliance of the Court's Order without being aware of pendency of the writ appeal referred to in the order dated 02.09.2014 (Annexure C-3).

Learned counsel for the petitioner placed on record copy of order dated 6.8.2012 passed by this Court in batch of writ appeals.

There is neither any averment nor any document on records to show that the order passed in writ appeal was later on brought to the notice of the authority concerned. Let it be done now.

The petitioner shall communicate in writing to the respondent order dated 6.08.2012 alongwith a copy of the same and thereafter respondent shall pass appropriate order in compliance of order passed by this Court on 14.03.2014 in WP(s ) No. 1395/2014 strictly in accordance with its true spirit and within the time stipulated therein. 6.
