At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in these changed circumstances, this petition may be disposed off as the petitioner intends to prefer representation to the Rajiv Gandhi Shiksha Mission in the light of circular dated

15-03-2017 (Annexure P/19) issued by the Rajiv Gandhi Shiksha Mission. 3.

Therefore, without commenting upon the merits of the case, at this stage, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is finally disposed off, giving him liberty to prefer representation and that the Mission shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner would be at liberty to raise all the grounds, which have been raised in this petition as also raise any other grounds, which he thinks fit to seek relief.
