1. The claim of the petitioner is for grant of revised pay scale taking into consideration the service rendered by the petitioner, under the Panchayat Department initially and subsequently with the Nagriya Nikay.
2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition already stands adjudicated by this Court in the case of Shabnum Khatun Vs.State of CG and others (WPS 6147 of
2018).
3. Learned State counsel submits that the claim of the petitioner can be considered in accordance with said judgment subject to verification of the facts as also the entitlement of the petitioner is concerned.
4. Given the aforesaid submission by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed off directing the respondents to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner for grant of revised pay scale by counting her services rendered under the Panchayat Department before coming into the service of Nagriya Nikay.
