Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made an application before the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Raipur on 14.03.2018 highlighting certain grievances with regard to the disputed house which has not been considered and decided till
date.

Be that as it may, the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application dated 14.03.2018 expeditiously, preferably within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Mr. Pankaj Agrawal, learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation is directed to convey this order to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Raipur by tomorrow, i.e. by 13.04.2018 for needful and compliance.
