At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the issue involved in the present writ petitions has already been considered and decided by this Court in W.P.(S) No.106/2014 {Marisha Shrivastava and Another Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others} and other connected matters, therefore, these writ petitions may be disposed of in terms of Marisha Shrivastava (supra).

2. Accordingly, the present writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Marisha Shrivastava (supra).

3. A copy of the order passed in Marisha Shrivastava (supra) be placed in the records of these writ petitions.
