Agrawal Order On Board 06/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representation before respondent authorities for holding the examination for the post of Mining Sardar on 15.06.2005, but the same has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore direction may be issued to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Per contra, learned Senior counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner did not submit his caste certificate issued by the competent authority of State of Chhattisgarh, therefore, his case was not considered.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.1 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation filed on 15.06.2005, strictly in accordance with law after hearing to the petitioner, expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
