Order On Board 08/09/2015 After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail. He submits that looking to the nature of overt act and that the applicant is aged about 71 years, the Court below may be directed to decide his regular bail application on the same date.

In view of above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. In case, regular bail application is moved, the same shall be decided as early as possible preferably within three days.
