Also heard on M.C.C. No. 695/2015 which is an application for restoration of W.P.(L) No. 198/2014 which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 06.02.2015 by peremptory order.

This is also not opposed by counsel for respondent No.2. Accordingly, the M.C.C. is allowed and W.P.(L) No. 198/2014 is restored to its original number.
