Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 24/08/2015 Heard on I.A. No.01, which is an application for condonation of delay in filing the M.C.C.

This is not opposed by counsel for respondent No.2. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The delay in filing the M.C.C. is condoned.

Also heard on M.C.C. No. 694/2015 application for restoration of W.P. (L) No. 199/2014 which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 06.02.2015 by peremptory order.

This is also not opposed by the counsel for respondent No.2. Accordingly, the M.C.C. is allowed and W.P.(L) No. 199/2014 is restored to its original number.
