The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order dated 14/08/2017 whereby the respondent No.4 was posted in place of the petitioner. There was no transfer order of place of posting so far as the petitioner is concerned.

The petitioner filed the petition and has got an interim protection on 25/09/2017. Since, then the petitioner as well as the respondent No.4 are working at their respective place of posting as it stood prior to 14/08/2017.

By efflux of time, the impugned order has lost its efficacy so far as the petitioner and the respondent No.4 is concerned. 4.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed off holding that the respondents shall not act upon the impugned order so far as the respondent No.4 is concerned reserving their right to pass a fresh order in case administrative exigency so arises.
