2. The Limited prayer made in this writ petition is for issuance of a direction to the District Magistrate, Raipur to decide the proceedings under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of

Securities Interest Act, 2002 at the earliest.

3. Considering that the proceedings are pending for more than 8 months, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.1 i.e., the District Magistrate Raipur to decide the pending application under section 14 of the Act, 2002 expeditiously preferably within a period of 2 months from today.
