It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that while making computation of assessment of income, the observations made by this Court in the writ petition, have been completely ignored by the respondent authority to such extent that it rejected petitioner's claim for compassionate appointment.

After going through the order, I find that the authority has drawn computation on the basis of its own understanding of the order of the Court irrespective of whether such calculations are right or wrong. Therefore, it can not be said to be the case of willful disobedience of the order of the Court. It is open for the petitioner to challenge the

assessment so made in appropriate proceedings available to him under the law. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
