Shri Tamaskar, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has placed on record a copy of the order dated 12.6.2013 passed by a Learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.1017 of 2004, whereby he held that since Respondent Vikram Singh has already attained the age of majority, his consent was necessary before ordering a DNA test.

In this view of the matter, Shri Tamaskar does not press the present revision petition.
